Avison Young provided owner representation services for Normandy Real Estate Partners on the complete conversion of thre, five to six story buildings from apartments to condos. The restoration consisted of a completely gutting and rebuilding the interior including new electrical, heating ventilation and air-conditioning. All units feature custom finished kitchens and baths as well as hardwood floors. The existing windows were replaced with historic thermo pane windows in order to comply with the historical district requirements while simultaneously increasing energy efficiency. The condos are located in the Old City section of Philadelphia with easy access to one of the most active cultural, dining, and shopping districts.
