Avison Young provided project management services on behalf of Federated Investors Management Company, one of the nation’s largest investment managers, for the build out of their new 26,400 SF office located on the entire 41st floor at 101 Park Avenue. The Project included enclosed offices, open-plan workstations, reception area with seating for clients and other visitors, conference rooms of varying sizes and an employee pantry, as well as other typical corporate office requirements. In addition, the Project will involve the build out of a server room, including UPS, supplemental 24/7/365 HVAC and a wet sprinkler system.
