Avison Young provided tenant representation services for Quest Diagnostics on their office relocation from Lyndhurst, New Jersey to Giralda Farms, Madison, New Jersey. Additionally, AY worked with RexCorp, who acted as the construction manager on the partial renovation of Quest’s new 141,000 sf office space. This project consisted of upgrades to the existing lobby, café, conference, training and dining areas, as well as a complete renovation of the fourth floor executive level.
