Day Pitney relocated their firm from a multi-tenant building in Florham Park, New Jersey to a 100,000 SF single tenant building in Parsippany. The newly constructed building had been vacant for 3 years with only the lobby and restrooms completed.
As the project manager, Avison Young managed all the consultants, owner’s vendors and the contractor. The existing partner furniture was incorporated into the new design and new secretarial workstations were installed on all 3 floors. Building features include a conference center, café, patio for outdoor dining and a mail/copy center.
