Noel J. Hutcheson to assume role as Market Leader May 4th, supporting strategic growth, recruiting new talent and expanding business lines

Dallas, TX – Global Commercial Real Estate Advisor, Avison Young, announced today that effective May 4^th, Noel J. Hutcheson will join the firm as Principal and Market Leader for its Dallas office. He will concentrate on expanding the office’s capabilities across brokerage, property management, project management, and valuation services. Top industry talent recruitment to support these growing service lines will also be a key priority for Hutcheson.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Hutcheson has completed more than 14 million square feet (msf) of commercial transactions including negotiations for eight Fortune 100 companies. His expertise involves lease and sale negotiations, strategic planning, build-to-suits, site selection, data/technology centers, and disposition of surplus real estate.  Hutcheson joins Avison Young after 19 years with Colliers International and eight years at Cushman & Wakefield.

Hutcheson is succeeding Greg Langston, who served as Avison Young’s Dallas Market Leader for the past 13 years. Langston played a foundational role in establishing Avison Young’s presence in Dallas following the acquisition of his firm, helping launch and grow the market from the very beginning. He will remain at Avison Young as a Principal and will continue to focus on representing corporate clients with local, national and international commercial real estate needs.
