Avison Young taps seasoned professional to lead property management services in Florida

Julie Palmer-Nicholson joins as Principal and Director of Real Estate Management for Florida
Boca Raton, FL – Global real estate advisor Avison Young has hired Julie Palmer-Nicholson as Principal and Director of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) for the Florida market. Palmer-Nicholson will be responsible for the strategic direction of the REMS platform including enhancing the property management teams’ performance by leveraging Avison Young’s technology services and implementing best practices in operational and tenant services to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

With more than 30 years of experience in commercial property and construction management, Palmer-Nicholson has built a distinguished career managing Trophy and Class A properties across Florida. Prior to joining Avison Young, she served in leadership roles at Vanderbilt Office Properties where she managed Class A assets. She has also held leadership roles at Crocker Partners, Franklin Street and CBRE in various markets across Florida where she was instrumental in executing millions of dollars in property upgrades and enhancing service protocols.
