Nrep is expanding its presence in the Polish market by two new acquisitions, this time – in Gdańsk. Two new co-living developments have been delivered by Nowa Przystań and City Camp. They are located at Nad Stawem Street and Siennicka Street and both will operate under the name Noli Studios. They offer apartments to rent and common areas with such amenities as fitness centres, professional kitchen, movie area, etc.

Avison Young Technical Advisory team has been responsible for complex technical advisory on the delivery of these assets, including project monitoring and supervision of the construction works, project management quality control, and final handovers from the developers to NREP.
