And another retail park on our account! We are happy to share that we have exclusively represented the seller in the divestment of Multishop Suwałki to BIG Poland. This well-established retail park is food-anchored by Biedronka and surrounded by high density residential area. The new owner is planning to rename the asset and extend it on the adjacent plot.
