Avison Young Project Management & Technical Advisory team is proudly announcing delivery of photovoltaic roof systems installed on 13 PRS buildings owned by Heimstaden Bostad.

Our team (Kamil Olechniewicz, Kamil Głowienka & Tomasz Daniecki, MBA) was responsible for coordination and final handovers of the photovoltaic installations.

Altogether, 828 solar panels have been installed, of 380 kWp total power, generating 270 MWh of green energy per year and reducing CO2 emissions by 150 tons annually! A significant step towards sustainability and energy efficiency!

The project was subsidized by special grants accelerating green transformation in real estate.
