Avison Young welcomes Kelly Carlon as Vice President to expand healthcare and non-profit real estate sales and leasing in Phoenix region November 28, 2023

Phoenix, AZ – Avison Young announces the addition of Kelly Carlon as Vice President in the Phoenix office. Carlon specializes in providing comprehensive real estate services tailored to healthcare and non-profit organizations on behalf of landlords, tenants, investors, and owner-users throughout the greater Phoenix region.

Carlon comes to Avison Young from R.O.I Properties where she served as a Commercial Real Estate Agent from 2018 to 2023. Prior to that, she worked in commercial lending for more than 10 years as a business development officer for Wells Fargo's Specialty Banking Group and JPMorgan Chase where she was honored as a top-producing business development officer from 2014 to 2018.

“Avison Young’s Phoenix office is pleased to welcome Kelly Carlon to our brokerage team,” said David Genovese, Principal and Managing Director for Avison Young – Phoenix. “Her experience in the leasing and sales of office and healthcare properties is a welcome and strategic addition to our office. We look forward to working with Kelly as she leverages our platform and support to guide her clients to achieve even greater success in the Arizona market.”

“The healthcare property market has been thriving over recent years as physicians seek to acquire medical office space for their practices with demand in step with the expanding Arizona population,” said Carlon. “There is also an increase in sale-leasebacks as many doctors are retiring or selling to large national groups, subsequently creating opportunities for users. All this bodes well for this niche sector, and I am looking forward to being a part of expanding Avison Young’s market share in my new position.”
Carlon has served as an allied member on the Arizona Veterinary Medical Association and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from California State University, Long Beach.
