Avison Young is pleased to inform about the successful closing of a transaction involving a modern retail convenience in Eastern Poland. The asset is an established single-storey retail convenience centre, offering ca. 5,700 sqm GLA and comprising three buildings, one of which is leased entirely to the food operator – Stokrotka.

In the first half of 2023, retail sector dominated the real estate market in Central Eastern Europe with 35% of market share. We observe a lot of transactions ongoing in the Polish market, with strong investors' interest in convenience schemes, which were dominating the retail sector in Poland for the last several years.

Our team, led by Artur Czuba, advised the seller in the disposal. This is another transaction within this subsector Avison Young brokered this year. And we expect more to come!
