Tewox, an investment vehicle managed by Lords LB Asset Management (deriving from Lithuania) finalized the second acquisition in Poland – purchase of 5 retail parks portfolio. 4 facilities host Biedronka grocery store as anchor tenant. Although retail parks shares in the investment volume decreased significantly in H1 2023, we expect that investors’ interest will rebound in H2 and we will witness more transactions of these assets.
