Ryan Young and Alex Irwin to lead leasing efforts

Charleston, SC Avison Young has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for 735 Autonomous Drive, a 545,000 square foot (sf) distribution warehouse under construction in Ridgeville, SC. The building will be located in Campus 5 of Camp Hall Commerce Park, a 6,800 acre master-planned business and industrial development. The class A, ambient speculative building is expected to deliver in the first quarter of 2024.

Avison Young’s Ryan Young and Alex Irwin will handle leasing efforts on behalf of building ownership, RealtyLink, a full-service real estate development company specializing in industrial, retail, restaurant, single & multifamily, self-storage, senior living, entertainment, and mixed-use properties.

Camp Hall Commerce Park is located on I-26 north of Charleston, just 30 minutes to SC Port facilities and less than 45 minutes to I-95. The greater Charleston industrial real estate market continues to exhibit strong fundamentals, sitting at less than two percent vacancy, the lowest vacancy the market has seen in four years.
