Avison Young negotiates 19,223-sf industrial lease at Elevation25 in Mead, COJanuary 30, 2023
Denver, CO – Avison Young is pleased to announce it has negotiated a 66-month, 19,223-square-foot (sf) lease with M&M Thrift Management Company, LLC within Elevation25, an under-development Class A industrial park located adjacent to Interstate 25 in Mead, CO.
Avison Young Principal, Dawn McCombs and Associate, Ryan Almaleh who are exclusive leasing agents for the project represented the owner/developer, Silver Point Development. Jim Hoffman and Tony Pierangeli with SRS Real Estate Partners represented M&M Thrift Management Company.
Phase 1 of Elevation25 encompasses two buildings totaling 203,742 sf. M&M will occupy a portion of Building 1 which totals 94,076 sf. The facility is estimated to deliver in Q1 2023. M&M will use the space for warehousing and distribution of its retail products. They are the second tenant to sign a lease in the building.

As the northern submarket grows, Elevation 25 will continue to see strong leasing activity.”
Elevation25 is the only high-bay warehouse speculative industrial development in the immediate area and is just two turns from I-25, heading northbound or southbound. It is strategically located equidistant to three of the region’s major markets – Denver, Boulder, and Loveland/Fort Collins, the pro-business/pro-growth town of Mead has been growing in popularity, attracting major companies over recent years for distribution and logistics including Amazon, Home Depot, UPS, FedEx, and PODS. The Elevation25 project will seek to capitalize on the 30 percent population growth projection in this northern corridor submarket over the next five years.
