Avison Young advised Hunter REIM in closing portfolio sales to Centerscape Investments

In December 2021, Centerscape Investments acquired from Hunter REIM two retail parks located in Warsaw and Inowroclaw, offering ca. 4,550 square meters of leaseable space, both assets having Netto chain as the grocery anchor operator. Currently, Centerscape closes this portfolio transaction by acquiring the last property constituting the portfolio – retail park in Torun.

The property has 1,424 sqm GLA and also Netto as the grocery anchor tenant.
