Jeff Higdon earns coveted SIOR designation

Memphis, TN – Jeff Higdon, Vice President of Avison Young’s Memphis office, recently attained the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) designation. SIOR is a Washington, DC-based international professional organization of more than 3,400 members in 686 cities and 38 countries. Its members are widely regarded as some of the most knowledgeable, experienced practitioners in the industry.

“SIOR is the premier designation a commercial broker can achieve,” said Higdon. “It’s an honor and privilege to earn this distinction and be included in this incredibly esteemed group of professionals.”

Higdon, who joined Avison Young in March 2019, specializes in tenant and landlord representation for office and industrial properties. His career history also includes the management of more than 15 million square feet (sf) of office, industrial, flex and retail assets. In addition to his involvement with SIOR, Higdon is an active member and President-elect of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors (MAAR) Commercial Council.
