Avison Young Principals Alan Pekarcik and Keith Kropfl and Senior Associate Chris Smith who are based out of the firm’s Orange County office, represented the seller, TCF National Bank who was the owner/occupant of the property and relocated to another Southern California location in Q2 2020. The buyer was self-represented and will occupy the entire building once a renovation is complete.
