Although Winnipeg continues to face the harsh challenges of the pandemic, the industrial market has shown remarkable stability particularly with e-commerce fulfilment space as Amazon leased 150,000 sf for a second fulfilment center in Winnipeg. Available land is in high demand with new industrial building projects ranging from 23,000 sf to 175,000 sf to include a new film studio of 137,000 sf to open in the autumn of 2021 and will expand with two further soundstages in the spring of 2022.
