Scott Perry is a Tenant Representative with Avison Young. In that capacity, he is charged with providing strategic planning and real estate solutions to his clients by offering a comprehensive understanding of their overall corporate goals and objectives.  Over the last 15 years in commercial real estate, Scott has aligned his in-depth market knowledge to ensure that his client’s needs and business strategy are aligned with their real estate. This has naturally led to a very close mutual understanding between Scott and his client. Scott believes that it is not possible to provide the best solution unless he and his clients effectively communicate and have a mutually respectful relationship based on trust, and this being the vital ingredient that is never compromised. 

Scott succeeds on behalf of his clients because he listens to his clients. Consequently, Scott has become a student of strategy, tenant strategic planning and real estate solutions. His primary focus is on headquarters relocations, regional office locations, property acquisitions, and dispositions, subleasing and lease renewals for local and multi-market clients. 

Before joining Avison Young in 2013, Scott was with The Eidson Group, LLC for five years and prior to that, part of a top-producing Atlanta office at CB Richard Ellis. Before a career in real estate, he came from a background that includes advertising and working in the financial services sector. Scott’s background provides a strong attribute, bringing to the table two of the more important roles as a real estate consultant, communication and the ability to listen, understand, and fulfill his client’s objectives as well as improve his client’s bottom line.
