Emmeline joined Avison Young as a Graduate Planner in 2022. Based in the Gresham Street office, she is currently working towards her RTPI chartered membership. She has experience working on a wide range of projects including retail, residential, leisure and heritage planning.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Emmeline completed her master’s degree in Urban Regeneration and Development at the University of Manchester in 2022 where she developed a specific interest in planning for high street regeneration.
