Las Vegas, NV – Global real estate advisory firm Avison Young has completed the $4 million sale of a vacant 12,332-square-foot industrial building situated on .61 acres at 300 N Las Vegas Boulevard in Downtown Las Vegas.

Avison Young Principals Chris Lexis, James Griffis and Joe Leavitt who are based in the Las Vegas office represented the seller, the Estate of Tony Hsieh. As always, the Estate prioritized finding a buyer who would carry on Tony Hsieh’s vision to revitalize the downtown Las Vegas community, particularly the East Fremont area. The buyer was the City of Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency.

The site is just a short distance from popular attractions such as the Fremont Street Experience, the Mob Museum, and the Neon Museum.
