Avison Young Project Management worked with their brokerage team to help The Korea Society identify and build their new, long-term home in midtown Manhattan. The Korea Society is a non-project organization that supports and promotes the culture and arts of Korea. Their space had unique requirements, including space for the Board to meet regularly, flexible gallery space to display rotating exhibitions, event space for presentations and performances, as well as room for staff to work comfortably.
