Alexandre joined the Devencore Team as Director of Legal Services. He joined Avison Young in 2021 as Avison Young and Devencore united their Montréal operations. 

Alexandre provides legal advice and transactional representation to clients in connection with commercial and corporate real estate transactions, including acquisition and disposition, financing, development and leasing. Specifically, Alexandre assists clients with a wide range of their real estate needs, including advising, structuring, drafting, reviewing, negotiating and implementing legal documentation.

Alexandre also advises clients with respect to their various rights and options during their transactions, including cancellation strategies and the closing of their transactional relationship.
