Marc started his career in 1992 as an apprentice at a well-known real estate company. In 1996, together with Jochen Völckers, he founded the consulting firm VÖLCKERS & CIE Immobilien GmbH, specializing in the brokerage of commercial real estate, where he was managing partner and managing director with his founding partner. Over the years, the company has developed a high profile in the commercial real estate market, employing about 30 people at the top.

Here, Marc led the field of office leasing and on the one hand supported many national and international companies in the search for new locations and on the other successfully advised private and institutional owners on the conception and marketing of their real estate.

In July 2019, the merger with Avison Young was implemented in which Marc is Principal & Director Office Leasing.

Marc graduated in 2000 as a Real Estate Specialist at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and graduated in 2009 with a Diploma in Real Estate Economics (ADI).
