Avison Young has been a key partner for WME|Endeavor who continues to expand their offices at 304 Park Avenue South by completing the build-out of Class A office space consisting of private offices, open/collaborative workspaces, reception areas, meeting rooms, filing and storage areas and new interconnecting stairs between floors. Avison Young continues to oversee this work for several different floors in the building including floors three through six, and eight through 11 from planning, design and construction, through tenant fit-out and move in.
