Mr. Perry is an Office Tenant Representative with Avison Young. In that capacity, he is charged with providing strategic planning and real estate solutions to his clients by offering a comprehensive understanding of their overall corporate goals and objectives. He then leverages his in-depth market knowledge and understanding of current market conditions in order to align his clients’ real estate needs with their business strategy. His primary focus is on headquarters relocations, regional office locations, property acquisitions, and dispositions, subleasing and lease renewals for local and multi-market clients.
Mr. Perry provides real estate consulting services and detailed financial analyses during all phases of a real estate acquisition or disposition assignment, while acting as the single point of accountability and contact for his clients.
Before joining Avison Young, Mr. Perry was with The Eidson Group, LLC for five years and prior to that, part of a top-producing Atlanta office at CB Richard Ellis. Before a career in real estate, he came from a background that includes advertising and working in the financial services sector. Mr. Perry’s background provides a strong attribute, bringing to the table two of the more important roles as a real estate consultant, communication and the ability to listen, understand, and fulfill his client’s objectives as well as improve his client’s bottom line.
A native Atlantan, Mr. Perry attended Georgia State University where he earned his BBA in Sales and Marketing in 1998. He is a member of the Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors.
