Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to work part-time in our Norwalk, CT office, which covers Fairfield and Westchester counties. This person would work directly with the Managing Director, Principals and other office professionals, as well as the Tri-State marketing team. The position requires independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize responsibilities in order to meet multiple deadlines, while interacting with a diverse group of colleagues, clients, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities   

  • Provide marketing support and assistance in the coordination of all aspects of the internal and external marketing of Avison Young and its professionals throughout the region
  • Create and produce business development materials and tools, including presentations, pitches, brochures and proposals
  • Create and assemble collateral materials for clients and prospects
  • Coordinate events
  • Coordinate and work with the research team to produce reports, white papers and other deliverables
  • Create, produce and implement marketing campaigns for assignments, including flyers, advertising campaigns and marketing campaigns
  • Participate in and contribute to weekly office meetings, as well as regional marketing meetings


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, commercial real estate experience a plus
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite skills (specifically InDesign)
  • Ability to multi-task with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong organizational, creative, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, tact, and diplomacy
  • Flexibility to work to the successful completion of a project
