Greater Los Angeles Research Manager
The purpose of this position is to serve as a Research Manager for the Company’s Greater Los Angeles Market. The position is located in the Company’s Downtown Los Angeles office; although there will be some required travel to the other offices within Los Angeles County. You will be required to create market reports, track market trends, maintain in-house lease comps, produce lead generating reports, manage software subscriptions, arrange trainings, and assist with research projects as necessary.
The position reports to the Southern California Regional Managing Director.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of two years of full-time CRE or Research related work experience.
CoStar or database management experience preferred.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Outlook. Ability to edit with Adobe Acrobat. Experience with CRE research programs. Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM product a plus. Strong writing skills a plus. Working knowledge of leases, contracts and related documents a plus.
