Phase I of the project for Hitachi Chemical Advanced Therapeutics Solutions transformed the Biotech firm's office space at their new 75,000 square foot headquarters facility. The successful completion of this phase led to Avison Young being awarded another project to add a second-floor mezzanine and build out labs in a vacant wing at the location.
