Occupying ten floors and 395,000 square feet in Jersey City, Verisk Analytics, specializing in insurance risk analytics, launched an exploratory exercise to review the feasibility of defying the space requirements and adding personnel within each existing floor plate.
Verisk Analytics engaged Avison Young Studio Project Services to design and transform the 18th floor based on these requirements as a model for the remaining nine floors in the building. This included conceptual designs, programming, departmental interviews, employee headcounts, review of growth strategies, space optimization, color selections, photo realistic renderings, and architectural drawings. Strategically placed discussion forums were added to supplement the office environment. The project was completed over the course of four intense weekend schedules.
