Avison Young served as the owner’s representative for Seagis Property Group on the redevelopment of a 400,000 sf industrial site located on Route 1 in North Brunswick, New Jersey. The project consisted of two-phases that began with the sitework of a building supply distribution center and ended with the interior renovation of industrial space.
