Lauren Goddard is director of research for Avison Young's Memphis office where she is responsible for tracking and analyzing office, industrial and investment data. Joining Avison Young in January of 2018, she brings seven years of experience in research and geographic information systems.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Lauren was senior research analyst for Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors where she managed the research, spatial analysis and mapping, and market analysis duties for the company.

Lauren additionally has experience in community planning from working with the City of Memphis Division of Housing and Community Development.
