Josh Peyton is the Regional Managing Director for Avison Young's East Region. In his leadership role, he is responsible for setting strategic direction, managing operations, and spearheading business development across the entire region, overseeing regional financial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining brand integrity.

His key responsibilities include fostering regional connectivity, focusing on financial performance, synergy of market operations and alignment across service lines, supporting market leaders in revenue growth through recruitment and business development.

He is committed to the integration of service lines, sector teams, and resources to enhance client engagement, and promotion of cross-selling within the region.

Josh is also charged with driving revenue, executing corporate initiatives, and ensuring consistent service delivery and communication. He is responsible for delivering global and national messages, reporting on business development efforts, and managing the regional talent recruitment, training, and mentoring initiatives.

Before assuming his current role, Josh effectively managed and grew the Mid-Atlantic region, which includes the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia offices, to establish a comprehensive real estate platform. Previously he worked as a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Company, where he focused on tenant representation and business development, offering full-service commercial real estate counsel to a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies, law firms, associations, and non-profits.
