Ivor Ashe is an Associate Director in the Valuation and Professional Services Department of Avison Young Dublin and provides a range of valuations, landlord and tenant advice and property assessments, and strategic consultancy and advisory services. An RICS Registered Valuer, he has over 10 years’ experience in the provision of valuations to institutional, public sector and private clients on individual properties and portfolios for purposes as diverse as formal lending, financial reporting and strategic restructuring. Additionally, he has represented clients in lease renewals, lease restructuring matters, and rent reviews.
