Sean has over 14 years industry experience during which he has developed an extensive knowledge of property and construction design, procurement and delivery matters many market sectors but in particular, mixed use and high-end residential developments.

An effective communicator with strong leadership skills, Sean has managed to completion a number of London based prestigious developments including The Lancasters and Clarges Estate. His style is inclusive and ‘hands-on’ underpinned by a team building ethos and leading and being involved in projects on a day-to-day.

As a member of the Avison Young senior management team, Sean has a thirst for knowledge and continual improvement, he is at the cutting edge of sustainable initiatives working with some of London’s most progressive and visionary clients.
