Leslie Fellabom joined Avison Young in early 2013 as a Senior Vice President in the commercial brokerage division. Leslie specializes in office and investment brokerage
representing landlords, tenants, and investors in negotiations, consulting, and financial analysis. Leslie has 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Before Leslie joined the Avison Young team, she was a partner and founder of Southwind Commercial Real Estate, LLC. In February 2012, Leslie was named the Charleston Trident Commercial Realtor of the year for 2011, and alsorecognized for her commitment to the real estate industry with a 2012 National Commercial Award by the National Association of REALTORS.
Her experience with commercial real estate projects began in 1982 when she joined the internationally recognized architectural and engineering design firm, Gresham, Smith and Partners. She served as a Marketing Coordinator and became the Director of Marketing when the Charleston GS&P office was acquired by Goff Associates. In February of 1987, Leslie became a partner and founder of SBF DESIGN, a Charleston based architecture, land planning and landscape architecture design firm. Leslie served as the marketing and business operations member of the partnership.
Leslie attended the College of Charleston and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Comparative Politics. She and her husband, Tripp, live in Mt. Pleasant and they have two grown children.
