Business Background
Mr. Fulton joined Avison Young as a Principal in the Minneapolis office in September 2015.  Prior to that, he was an Executive Director with Cushman & Wakefield, which in 2007 acquired Northstar Partners, a firm which Mr. Fulton was a Senior Vice President and co-founder when the firm was started in 2002.   Prior to Northstar Partners, he held the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Advisory Services for Grubb & Ellis, where he led a corporate advisory team on behalf of his team’s clients.
 

Professional Affiliations and Accreditations
Mr. Fulton is a past board member and president of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and formerly served for six years on the board of directors of the Minnesota State Chamber of Commerce. He serves as a governor for Opportunity International, an international micro lending organization. He is active in his community, is Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 102 in Edina and involved in numerous Dartmouth College volunteer functions.
