As a Multi-Family Associate in Avison Young’s Charleston office Christian ensures to actively leverage his client-driven mindset and experience to support their investment goals. Christian brings a deep understanding of investment sales, leasing, and management with more than eight years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

He has been actively investing and managing real estate since 2014 and has worked in many facets of the industry including acquisitions, asset management, and property management.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Christian worked for several large commercial real estate firms in New York City and has been involved in managing a wide array of property portfolios including office, retail, industrial, and multi-family throughout New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey valued over $1B.

He previously worked for Kew Management Corp a private owner-operator, and Jamestown where he was involved in the redevelopment of Industry City, a 16-building complex covering six million square feet of mixed-use space. He is also a Co-founder at ANCE Capital Group a private real estate value-add owner and operator with a focus on acquiring, improving, stabilizing, and managing multi-family and mixed-use assets.

Christian lives in Charleston’s Cannonborough neighborhood and outside of real estate, he enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with family and friends.
