Brennan Forster specializes in market research for Avison Young's Nashville office, tracking and analyzing office, industrial and investment data. Using an internal database as well as third-party databases, she provides customized information for tenants and landlords regarding economic and market conditions, comparable transactions, as well as insights and forecasts to ensure the client is fully-informed while making real estate decisions. 

Prior to becoming Research Coordinator, Brennan was  the Senior Financial Analyst for the Capital Markets Group. She handled the financial underwriting for both Nashville and Knoxville teams as well as assisting on various other assignments, including the creation of offering memorandums, proposals, and performing in-depth market research and analysis. Before joining Avison Young, Brennan was with Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone where she was the Senior Financial Analyst for both the Nashville and Knoxville offices. During her tenure as a financial analyst she gained extensive knowledge and experience in valuating commercial real estate, underwriting more than 15 million square footage of office, industrial, and retail assets, valued at a cumulative total of over $1.5 billion dollars.

Prior to moving to Nashville, Brennan had the privilege of working with Randall Commercial Group, a real estate investment firm in Oxford, MS, as their market research intern.
