Alex Kwartler oversaw and managed the 300-unit apartment complex in Ohio Kwartler Associates, Inc. owned and operated, where he was responsible for redefining its business structure and reducing its vacancies by to almost 10%. He also had served as a portfolio accountant gaining the necessary skillset to understand the financial operations of real estate assets.  For the past two years, Mr. Kwartler has been a property manager for five of the company's New Jersey assets. Recently, he has taken on additional responsibilities as a leasing agent, lease administrator, working on tax appeal issues, and overseeing the budget process for the managed assets.
