Serving as day-to-day lead on a number of construction projects in British Columbia with values up to $13M, Colin has an aptitude for high quality information collation and reporting.  A team player, Colin excels in construction contract administration, financial tracking & forecasting, and move management. Leading the Vancouver office on the development and management of the Avison Young Smartsheet program, Colin has provided numerous innovative solutions to Clients as it relates to financial reporting and forecasting, schedule tracking, invoice approvals, and decision recording – several of which have since been implemented at Avison Young offices across North America.
