Tonya Creekmore

Tonya Creekmore joined Avison Young’s Retail Advisory Services Group as a Principal in May 2011.  Based out of Atlanta, Tonya’s responsibilities include asset management, leasing and development oversight for retail assets including enclosed malls, open air shopping centers and mixed use properties.

Before joining Avison Young, Tonya was the Vice President of Big Box and Peripheral Land Leasing for the Southeast at General Growth Properties for over three years.  Prior to that, Tonya was with North American Properties for over six years as the Director of Leasing and a Partner-Vice President of Leasing for the last four years.

Tonya’s background also includes eight years with Ben Carter Properties, where she was responsible for leasing retail development projects such as Mall of Georgia Crossing, Columbus Crossing and Conyers Crossing, as well as acting as a leasing liaison between Ben Carter Properties and third-party landlord clients.
