Tim McShea joined Avison Young as a result of the November 2013 acquisition of McShea & Company, Inc. Active in the Washington, DC real estate community for 30 years, Tim was most recently a co-founder, Chairman and CEO of McShea & Company, Inc. where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the company and corporate growth strategies, while staying involved in transactions and building client relationships. He is currently a member of the Washington/Baltimore Chapter of the World Presidents Organization (WPO) and on the Board of Directors of the Shepherd University Foundation.
