Tim has 18 years experience in office leasing corporate investment assets across Canada. A member of Avison Young since 1992, Tim has worked closely with a select group of international, national, and local clients to ensure that all their real estate needs are serviced beyond their expectations. Tim's strengths include a balance of technical and communication skills along with a precise understanding of tenant landlord issues. These strengths allow him to facilitate advantageous solutions on behalf of his clients, while maintaining a focus on his clients' time lines, budgets, and business objectives. Tim’s degree in Urban Land Economics and Finance provides him with an extensive understanding of real property, including contracts, financing and evaluation. His technical business acumen allows him to work closely with senior business people to resolve critical client business issues.
