Terry Kilburn

Terry Kilburn is a Founding Partner of Avison Young and has been in the brokerage business for over 35 years. He has been involved in some of Western Canada’s largest and most creative transactions and is the all time production leader at Avison Young. He was recently responsible for acquiring 44 Capital Boulevard and Petroleum Plaza on behalf of a client, renewing the existing leases and then successfully re-marketing the properties to international buyers; all in less than a two year period. Terry excels at performing for his clients on major sale listings.
