Steven Paulus

In 2007, Steven started his career in Commercial Real Estate at Avison Young. He provides tenant representation for a number of national firms, national retailers, and local entrepreneurial landlords completing in excess of $40 million in multifamily, land assembly, leasing, and sales working on their behalf.

After Graduating from the I.H. Asper School of Business class of 2004, Steven worked three years in the accounting field before his entrance into Commercial Real Estate. In February 2012, he completed the Certified General Accounting program and received his designation. 

Steven was elected to the Board of Directors for the Downtown Winnipeg Business Improvement Zone in 2008 and currently serves on the Management Board, Finance Committee, Biz Awards Committee and Retail Steering Committee. In 2012, Steven was elected to the Winnipeg Realtors Commercial Division Executive Board, and on behalf of the Commercial Division he sits on the Winnipeg Realtors Civic and Legislative Affairs Committee.
