Scott Fikes

Scott Fikes is a Vice President with Avison Young’s Office Advisory Group. Scott provides professional tenant representation services and specializes in portfolio evaluation, tenant lease renewals and relocations, built-to-suit negotiation, purchase acquisition and dispositions. In the past four years, he has completed over 1.5 million square feet of transactions totaling approximately $75 million.

Scott brings with him over sixteen years of successful experience encompassing all aspects of project management, sales and marketing, management, and finance. Areas of expertise include transaction negotiation, team coordination, and business development. Scott received the Grubb and Ellis 2005 “Rookie of the Year” award and was a “Top Ten” Broker in the Houston office. He was elected to the 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 Houston office Board of Directors. In 2012 Scott was elected to the Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA) Board of Directors.
