A native Washingtonian, Roy Hill joined the Washington, DC office of Avison Young in September 2010 as a Vice President, specializing in private client sales. Roy has closed over $130M in investment real estate deals. His experience includes land sales, multi-family sales, retail building sales, sale lease backs, and portfolio sales. Primary markets covered include Capitol Hill – where Roy has approximately 30 percent market share, Georgetown, the CBD, and Chinatown.
Roy most recently worked at Grubb & Ellis and was previously with Marcus & Millichap. Prior to entering commercial real estate, Roy served in the U.S. Navy.
