Rob Neblett

Robinson “Rob” Neblett brings to Avison Young his unique blend of real estate industry experience and a well-earned reputation for being one of the top tenant representatives in Houston. Neblett joined Newmark Knight Frank’s Houston office in 2005 as a co-managing principal, and in two short years he was named Newmark’s National Broker of the Year.

Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Neblett served as managing director—corporate advisory services for Transwestern Commercial Services.

Before joining Transwestern Commercial Services, Mr. Neblett owned and operated R.K. Neblett Interests, Inc. (NEBCO), working as the sole practitioner in the Houston tenant representation market. A recognized leader in the real estate industry, and possessing over 32 years of commercial and office leasing experience, Mr. Neblett exclusively devoted the past 29 years to tenant representation for a wide range of Houston-based companies.

Specializing in representing Energy Companies, Neblett’s client list includes El Paso Energy, Permian Mud Services/ Champion Technologies, Mariner Energy, Texas Aromatics, Gryphon Exploration, Peoples Energy Production Company, Milagro Exploration, Burlington Resources, Encore Bank, Ascend Performance Materials, Mischer Investments, Halcon Resources and Bank of River Oaks. Mr. Neblett is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and Neuhaus Education Center, and Past President of Houston Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA).
