Mr. Barry is a Principal with Avison Young with a focus on tenant representation and investment sales and tenant representation and build to suit developments for the Office Properties Group. Prior to joining Avison Young, Mr. Barry served as a Senior Vice President with Grubb & Ellis Company. He has been involved in investment sales, acquisition, tenant representation, site selections, development and project leasing of commercial real estate in the southeast since 1971. He has provided real estate solutions to Owners and Tenants relative to all product types, including Office, Industrial, Retail and Land. His background in the development of significant mixed-use landmark developments and as a leading real estate broker allows him to better understand property value creation. Over the years, he has attained a well-established network of associates and an enviable reputation for providing clients with successful creative real estate solutions.
